Prayer

Prayer is the heart of the monastic life.  It is a mysterious encounter with God, a communion of love, a crying out in praise and intercession for the whole human family.

We come together often throughout the day in the liturgy; this fosters the habit of personal prayer and mindfulness of God’s presence.
